【摘要】目的探讨非糖尿病急性心肌梗死患者糖耐量异常对预后的影响。方法选取在笔者所在医院接受治疗的非糖尿病急性心肌梗死患者中，糖耐量异常73例作观察组，糖耐量正常47例作对照组，对两组观察情况进行对比。结果观察组患者的严重心律失常、心力衰竭、心肌再梗死以及病死率的发病率明显高于对照组，且CK恢复时间和心绞痛积分也明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论非糖尿病急性心肌梗死患者糖耐量异常更加加重损害患者心肌，预后较差。
