不同喂养方式与婴儿健康现状调查分析

【摘要】目的探讨母乳喂养方式与婴儿发育状况及疾病发生之间的关系。方法对西红门地区2007～2009年间出生满6月龄的足月正常体重的健康儿童共235人的保健资料进行回顾性分析。结果母乳喂养组的婴儿呼吸系统感染及腹泻的发生率明显低于混合喂养组与人工喂养组(P<0.05)，有显著性差异；佝偻病的发生率均为0；母乳喂养组的婴儿发育状况与其他两组无显著性差异。结论母乳中含有免疫球蛋白，能保护婴儿免遭感染。母乳喂养是婴儿增强体质、减少疾病的保障。
