【摘要】目的观察香菇多糖注射液对于晚期结肠癌FOLFOX方案化疗增效减毒的疗效。方法72例晚期结肠癌患者随机分为两组，治疗组38例给予FOLFOX方案化疗同时用香菇多糖注射液；对照组34例仅单纯化疗。观察两组近期疗效、毒副反应。结果
治疗组总有效率高于对照组(P<005)，治疗组Ⅲ~Ⅳ度毒副反应发生率低于对照组(P<005)。结论香菇多糖注射液联合化疗能提高晚期结肠癌患者近期疗效，减轻毒副反应，使患者顺利完成化疗。
