电针牵引为主治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效观察(1)

【摘要】目的观察以电针、牵引、穴位注射的综合疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法将427例患者随机分为治疗组220例和对照组207例。治疗组采用电针、电动牵引、穴位注射的综合治疗法，对照组采用电动牵引及电脑中频治疗的方案。治疗2个疗程后观察疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为93.2%，明显优于对照组的76.8%，两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用电针、牵引、穴位注射的综合疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床效果明显优于电动牵引配合电脑中频治疗者。
