【摘要】目的探讨肺力咳合剂在治疗小儿急性支气管炎和肺炎中的临床疗效。方法选取笔者所在医院2009年12月～2011年3月间收治的112例小儿急性支气管炎和肺炎患者，将所有的患者随机分为两组，治疗组和对照组，每组各28例。对照组患者给予传统的治疗方法，治疗组在此基础上给予肺力咳合剂进行治疗，疗程为14 d。结果观察两组患者在治疗后的临床表现，治疗组症状的消失率明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；对照组中急性支气管炎和肺炎的总有效率分别为71.4%、75.0%，治疗组中急性支气管炎和肺炎的总有效率分别为85.7%、92.9%，两组患儿的痊愈率和总有效率进行比较，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肺力咳合剂治疗小儿急性支气管炎及肺炎的疗效确切，安全性高，值得在临床中推广应用。
