【摘要】 目的：探讨经皮肾输尿管镜取石术后发生并发症情况。方法：回顾性分析2010年1-12月笔者所在医院泌尿外科收治的经皮肾输尿管镜取石术治疗40例患者的临床资料。结果：40例患者治疗后15例患者术后发生并发症，发生率为37.5%，其中肾造瘘管脱位发生率为12.5%，出血率15.0%，感染率为7.5%，气胸发生率为2.5%。结论：经皮肾输尿管镜取石术可并发出血、感染及气胸等并发症，应及时采取有效措施，减少并发症的发生。
