【摘要】 目的：分析延期妊娠并发羊水过少对妊娠结局的影响。方法：应用回顾性分析方法，对延期妊娠并发羊水过少100例为研究组及羊水正常255例为对照组进行对比分析。结果：研究组中胎儿窘迫(20%)、羊水Ⅱ～Ⅲ度粪染(18%)、产后出血(13%)、剖宫产(39%)、阴道助产(6%)均显著高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论：延期妊娠并发羊水过少病例的胎儿窘迫、羊水Ⅱ～Ⅲ度粪染、产后出血发生率高，若估计短时间内未能结束分娩的，应尽快剖宫产以改善其妊娠结局。
