【摘要】 目的：分析下肢静脉曲张术后复发的原因。方法：回顾性分析笔者所在医院2007年9月-2015年4月收治的36例(42条患肢)下肢静脉曲张术后复发患者的临床资料，所有患者均行下肢静脉顺行造影。结果：复发的原因有原发性深静脉瓣膜功能不全10条，大隐静脉主干及其部分属支残存8条，小腿交通静脉功能不全6条，小隐静脉曲张7条，髂静脉压迫综合征8条，深静脉血栓形成后遗症6条，12条患肢同时合并上述2个或2个以上复发原因。结论：下肢静脉曲张是许多不同疾病所共有的一个临床表现，术前全面的影像学检查明确病因，选择正确的手术方式以及术中规范操作可有效降低术后静脉曲张复发率。
