【摘要】 目的：探究胫骨Pilon骨折应用锁定加压钢板内固定治疗的效果。方法：选取胫骨Pilon骨折患者94例，采用摸球法分为A组(锁定加压钢板内固定)和B组(开放钢板内固定)，各47例，术后2个月观察效果。结果：A组治疗优良率为95.74%，高于B组的78.72%，A组并发症发生率為2.13%，低于B组的17.02%，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A组住院时间、愈合时间均短于B组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后A组疼痛评分低于B组及治疗前，运动功能评分及步行能力评分均高于B组及治疗前，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：胫骨Pilon骨折应用锁定加压钢板内固定治疗的效果显著，具有较高临床推广价值。
