纤维素酶辅助提取盾叶薯蓣中薯蓣皂苷的工艺优化研究(1)

     [摘要] 以薯蓣皂苷元的提取收率为考察指标，采用中心组合试验设计和响应面分析法对纤维素酶酶解提取盾叶薯蓣中薯蓣皂苷元的工艺条件进行优化，确定其最佳工艺条件：采用盾叶薯蓣与水的料液比为1∶10；酶解pH值为5.75；酶解温度为54 ℃；酶解作用时间为2.5 h；纤维素酶用量为10.8 U/g的工艺条件，使得薯蓣皂苷元的提取率达到1.5%以上。结果表明纤维素酶辅助提取法是提高薯蓣皂苷元的有效途径。
