心电图TET结合QT离散度对冠心病的诊断分析(1)

     [摘要]目的 实现对冠心病进行有效、无创、经济地诊断分析。 方法 对50例疑似冠心病患者进行心电图运动负荷试验，并结合QT离散度与冠状动脉血管造影观察结果分析比较。 结果 平板运动试验阳性诊断冠心病的敏感性、特异性、准确性分别为78.57%、81.82%、80.00%，运动后QT离散度诊断冠心病的敏感性、特异性、准确性分别为89.29%、95.45%、92.00%。结论 运动负荷试验与QT离散度结合使用与单纯TET相比，对冠心病的诊断敏感性和特异性明显升高，对冠心病诊断准确性的提高更有意义。
