植骨与不植骨对跟骨关节内骨折的疗效分析(2)

笔者对植骨组与未植骨组两组病例在功能和形态上的比较认为，在骨折愈合早期(3个月时)两组患者跟骨高度和Bohler 角的均有丢失，这可能与过早的负重有关，两组间比较未植骨组跟骨高度和Bohler 角丢失明显，差异有统计学意义，随着时间的推移这种趋势变缓，术后 1 年时，两组差异有统计学意义，但两组在术后功能评分及疼痛程度上差异无统计学意义。因此笔者认为植骨可减缓跟骨高度和Bohler 角的丢失，有利于患者早期进行功能锻炼，减少并发症发生。
