[摘要] 目的观察健康教育在高血压患者护理中的应用效果。方法选取2011年10月～2013年6月本院收治的120例高血压患者为研究对象，将120例患者根据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各包含60例，对照组患者进行常规高血压疾病方面的健康教育，而观察组则采用多形式且细致化的健康教育进行干预，然后将两组患者健康教育的治疗依从性与疾病认知度进行比较。结果 健康教育后两组患者的治疗依从性与疾病认知度均得到提高，并且观察组健康教育后的治疗依从性与疾病认知度均明显好于对照组干预后的评估结果(P均<0.05)。结论 多形式且细致化的健康教育对高血压患者的影响较大，显著改善患者的治疗依从性与疾病认知度，从而影响疾病治疗效果。
