[摘要] 目的 对微创置软管引流手术治疗高血压脑出血的临床疗效进行分析研究。 方法 采取回顾性分析法对我院2011年3月～2014年3月收治的70例采取微创置软管引流手术的高血压脑出血患者的临床资料进行分析。 结果 70例高血压脑出血患者在接受微创置软管引流手术后恢复良好患者(血肿消除60%及以上)58例，占82.85%；3例再出血，占4.29%，致残13例，占18.57%。 结论 微创置软管引流手术治疗高血压脑出血患者具有简便、易操作、高效及恢复快等优点，术后患者发生后遗症的几率较低，能够显著降低患者死亡率与致残率，具有临床推广价值。
