三七总皂苷治疗高脂血症的临床效果及药理作用分析(1)
[摘要] 目的 探讨三七总皂苷对高脂血症的治疗效果，同时探讨其药理作用。 方法 随机选取我院2014年2月～2015年2月收治的60例高脂血症患者作为研究对象，60例患者均给予血塞通分散片，对比分析用药后患者的血脂变化情况及血液流动情况。 结果 治疗后患者血脂的TG值，TC值，LDL-CH值，HDL-CH值与治疗前对比，组间对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。患者血液流动情况与治疗前对比，组间对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 三七总皂苷具有降脂抗栓、抑制血小板聚集、降纤、抗心律失常、抗炎、抗氧化等多种功效，在心血管系统、呼吸系统等疾病的治疗中广泛应用。三七总皂苷在心脑血系统病、肾脏等各方面疾病如高脂血症中的应用效果较好，值得深入的分析与研究。

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect and pharmacological action of panax Notoginseng saponins (PNS) on hyperlipidemia. Methods 60 cases of hyperlipidemia hyperlipidemia patients in our hospital from 2014 February to February 2015 were randomly selected as the object of study， 60 patients were treated with Xuesaitong dispersible tablets， the changes of blood lipid and blood flow in patients after treatment were comparatively analyzed. Results TG， TC， LDL-CH， and HDL-CH were significantly different between the two groups， and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The blood flow of the patients was significantly different with those before treatment， and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The PNS has the effect of reducing blood lipid， inhibiting platelet aggregation， lowering the fiber， anti arrhythmia， anti inflammation， anti-oxidation and so on. It is widely used in the treatment of cardiovascular system， respiratory system and other diseases. Panax Notoginseng saponins in the heart and brain blood system disease， kidney and other aspects of the disease such as high blood lipids in the application effect is good， it is worth of in-depth analysis and research.

三七为主要在云南以及广西等地生产，通过野生、栽培的方式生产，具有性甘、微苦以及温的特点[1-3]。三七的主要成分包括三七总皂苷、三七素以及黄酮等[4]。近年来，一些国内外学者加深了对三七的药理研究以及开展了相应的临床试验，这使得三七的使用范围扩宽，药用价值更大。此次研究随机选取我院2014年2月～2015年2月收治的60例高脂血症患者作为研究对象，对所有患者给予血塞通分散片(主要成分为三七总皂苷)，对比分析患者各项各项指标的变化情况及三七总皂苷的药理作用。现报道如下。
1 资料与方法
1.1 一般资料
选择2014年10月～2015年3月在我院救治的高脂血症患者60例，其中男35例，女25例，年龄40～85岁，平均(60.5±2.7)岁。其中，原发性高血脂35例，继发性高脂血症患者25例。

患者的诊断标准：TG指标>1.70mmol/L，TCHO指标>6.0mmol/L，HDL-CH指标<1.063，LDL-CH指标>3.12mmol/L，血浆黏度>1.75mPa·s。经临床诊断，所有患者均未高脂血症患者[5]。
1.2 方法
对所有患者给予血塞通分散片(云南白药集团大理药业有限责任公司，Z20050467，产品编号1400235639，规格为0.5g/24s)，其主要成分为三七总皂苷。每日三次，每次1～2片。6个月为1各疗程。随后观察患者的血脂指标变化情况及血液流动情况。
1.3 观察指标
TG正常值≤1.70mmol/L，TCHO，TC正常值2.9～6.0mmol/L，HDL-CH正常值为1.063～1.21mmol/L，LDL-CH正常指标≤3.12mmol/L，血浆黏度正常值为≤1.75mPa·s。红细胞压积正常值0.40～0.50L/L [6]。, 百拇医药(陈永斌 董玉华)
