[摘要] 目的 探讨改良换药法预防血液净化导管相关性血流感染(RBSI)的效果。 方法 选取本院2013年7月～2015年7月血液净化患者62例，采用随机数字表法分为两组，对照组31例实施常规换药法，观察组31例实施改良换药法，比较两组导管RBSI的发生风险。 结果 观察组全身症状发生率为0、局部症状发生率3.2%、导管RBSI发生率3.2%、导管日感染率1.0%均明显低于对照组12.9%、19.4%、32.3%、17.2%，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 改良换药法可显著降低血液净化导管RBSI的发生风险。
