个体化护理对胆结石手术患者心理状态及生活质量的影响(1)
[摘要] 目的 探讨胆结石患者的心理状态和生活质量，研究个体化护理对其带来的影响。 方法 选取我院2013年5月～2016年6月收治的胆结石患者94例，按照随机法平均分为观察组和对照组各47例，护理人员对对照组患者进行常规化的护理，护理人员对观察组患者在常规护理的基础上进行个体化护理，对比两组患者的心理状态，即焦虑自评量表(SAS)的评分、抑郁评分量表(SDS)的评分；对比两组患者生活质量的优良差情况。 结果 观察组患者护理后焦虑自评量表的评分为(55.0±3.8)分，对照组患者护理后的焦虑自评量表的评分为(65.0±1.9)分，对照组患者焦虑程度明显严重于观察组，两组患者组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组护理后抑郁评分为(52.0±1.5)分，对照组护理后的抑郁评分为(65.0±1.9)分，两组间的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的健康恢复情况、不良反应、满意度数据均优于对照组，数据间进行比较，差异显著有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 个体化护理对于改善患者的心理状态(焦虑、压力等不良情绪)以及生活质量有显著效果，值得在临床上推广应用。

Effect of individualized nursing on mental state and quality of life of patients with gallstone operation

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the psychological status and quality of life of patients with gallstone， and to study the effect of individual nursing on the patients. Methods 94 cases of gallstone patients cured in our hospital from May 2013 to June 2016 were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 47 cases in each group. Patients in control group were treated with routine nursing， and patients in observation group were treated with individualized nursing care on the basis of routine nursing. Mental state， namely self rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) score，Depression Rating Scale (SDS) score of the two groups were compared， and excellent difference of quality of life of the two groups were compared. Results self rating Anxiety Scale score of observation group after nursing was(55.0±3.8)，and the control group patients was(65.0±1.9).The anxiety degree of control group was obviously more serious than that of observation group，and there was statistically significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05). depression score of observation group after nursing was(52.0±1.5)，and the control group was(65.0±1.9)，there were statistically significant differences between the two groups (P<0.05).The health recovery， adverse reactions， satisfaction data of observation group were better than those of control group， and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Individualized nursing has a significant effect on improving the psychological state of patients (such as anxiety， stress and other negative emotions) as well as the quality of life， and it is worth to be popularized in clinical practice.
