The 86 patients were randomly divided into two group with 43 cases in each. Patients in control group were treated with routine health education, and patients in observation group were treated with individualized health education management. Blood glucose levels, quality of life and compliance of the two groups were compared. Results The fasting blood glucose level (4.29±0.82)mmol/L and postprandial 2h blood glucose level (6.15±1.07)mmol/L in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05) after the 6 months of implementation of health education. The quality of life of the diabetic patients in the observation group after March and June was (29.75±3.68 points), (35.23±3.72 points), which were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05). In the observation group, the scores of medical compliance after 3 months 6 months were (48.28±11.53 )points, and (59.96 ± 11.62) points, which were significantly higher than those of the control group (P<0.05).
