【摘 要】 目的 ： 研究肾病综合征患者医院感染的高危因素及护理干预措施。方法 ： 选取在我院住院的肾病综合征患者130例，对其医院感染的情况进行分析，并针对感染原因，提出改善措施。结果 ： 130例肾病综合征患者，其中有25例(19.23%)患者发生医院感染。结论 ： 积极做好防护工作，增强医护人员工作责任心，对患者进行健康教育能够有效预防院内感染发生。
