【摘 要】 目的：探讨重症肺炎伴呼吸急危症的临床护理方法。方法：将62例重症肺炎伴呼吸急危症患者随机分为两组。对照组使用常规护理，观察组使用优质护理，对比两组的临床效果。结果：观察组的护理质量评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05);护理后，两组患者生活质量评分明显升高(P<0.05)，且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：优质护理能提高重症肺炎伴呼吸急危症患者的生活质量。
